Your payment plan, your documents, your itinerary: you check them whenever you want, without asking anyone.
Your account is for life: we already know you, and your whole history with MATIE stays right there.
No offices, no storefronts
We don't have physical offices or storefronts: we run everything 100% online. Your MATIE account is exactly that: the place where the full record of your contract, your payments and every message lives, protecting your side and ours alike. And it doesn't depend on office hours: it's there whenever you need it.
No guessing where you stand
Only the first payment happens once, and it's the one that starts your account. From there on it's always the same cycle, every month, until you're paid in full.

You book your spot with your deposit.
This is what starts your account: as soon as it's recorded, your contract is created and your access arrives. Until that happens, there's nothing to update yet. From there on, everything else is the cycle below.

From your account, online, in a minute: with a credit or debit card (approved instantly), by SPEI bank transfer to a CLABE that's yours alone, or in cash at OXXO (approved as soon as the money arrives). That way you skip steps 3 and 4. If you'd rather, you can deposit to MATIE's account, and your bank gives you a receipt.
3. With a deposit, you upload your receipt to your account within 72 hours. It shows up right away as "pending": that's how you know we got it.
4. Someone from our team checks it against the bank. It's not an automatic system that decides: it's a person.
5. It's approved, and your plan updates itself. Without you having to ask anyone how you're doing.
And underneath it all, the safety net: if something slips your mind, we remind you.
Three days before each installment you get an email reminder, and another one the same day if you still haven't paid, with the button to pay online. We don't let you forget.
